 Oye,
I
had a perfect 3 days in cumbuco where i staid in the
Brunotti windtown hotel, after the PKRA i will go back
and stay there for an other 2 weeks, normal i don,t like
to stay to long on 1 place but in the windtown hotel i
feel pretty comfortable, so i will stay longer and
train.

This morning we left
cumbuco around 10.30,(for go to the PKRA event site)
because we took a taxi instead of the bus. In the end
was good decision because we just arrived (5 o clock) so
we will have the whole night to sleep and next day to be
fit!
We just cheked the beach and it was pretty wind
, but the told us that it was every day for 7m ,
sweeeeet!
Tomorrow is the registration and the day
after first competition day , will see what
happen!

 Brazil
2008,
An other year , so that means an other
year Brazil! wheeee, it was about time ,its starting to
get cold in holland.
Also we have the PKRA in Brazil
again, this year around 7 ours up to the north of
Cumbuco(fortaleza).
We made our choice pretty
fast about the hotel, Brunotti wind town, last year we
had a super nice 3 weeks , nice people, good food, a
buatiful place and rigt on the beach! a couple of emails
to Suzette and everything was set.
Than the
ticket , unfortunatly the don,t fly straight from
amsterdam anymore, so we where looking for an other
flight, and we took TAP air, the good thing was that we
can take 2 time,s 32kg bags , sweet! But , yes there was
a but, we only had 50 minute,s for the transfer, we
landed on Lisabon and we had to go by bus , pffff
stressing out. Finally we cheked the tv screens and the
flight had a Hour delaye, perfect in our
case.

 No
where just waiting to get the flight to
Fortaleza.
Ya we made it , don,t ask how! , in
total we had a delaye of 3,5 hour and we flew first to
Natal , pff.
But in the end we had our bags and we
got here in cumbuco.
This morning we woke up and
ofcource there was wind , so we went for breakfast and
told hello to Al the people from Windtown.
after we
made a nice down winder and got to the laguna, luckely
it wasnt to bussy and we had quit some space to ride, my
knee is going well , still riding not full power but it
will come with time.
No i am just gonna have a
breakfast , cheers!

 We
took the chance to interview Youri Zoon from the
Netherlands at the PKRA Kitesurf Worldcup in Skt.
Peter-Ording a few weeks ago. Youri rides Slingshot
kites and Brunotti kiteboards. He won the PKRA tour stop
in 2006 but has been plagued by a knee injury since the
PKRA tour stop in Tarifa 2007.

wrap up!
Overall we had some nice wind
conditions, and a nice small event. Angela my girl got
3th place , sweeettt.
I did some riding on the side
of the event and some training as well, my riding is
getting better and better and i feel more comfortable
with my knee!
Although i am still tacking it easy
, in a couple of days i will leave to Brazil , where i
will start some serious training.
I will stay
till the 15th of october in brazil (Cumbuco), i will
stay in the super nice and chill hotel; Windtown
Brazil,, also in this time we will have the Fotoshoot
for the new 2009 Brunotti boards!
For now i still
have to wait 2 ours more to get my flight back home to
Amsterdam.

 Good
news,
Wel lets start of with the good news, a
couple of days ago i went to dee my doctor again , and
he was verry happy with me.
So ofcource i was happy
to , because he told me i will be able to train again
slowly!
So a day after i went to pick op my new
YZ pro model board, stickerd it and i was ready to go.i
took it out and it was even better than i was thinking
will desgining, heheheh.
This morning i went to
Canada , had a pretty long flight in front of me/us
ofcource i was traveling with my girl.
First i flew
early from Amsterdam to Frankfurt , had to pay 100 euro
for the boardbag ,Bummer; at Frankfurt we had to run
because we didnt had to much time heheh. was because the
girl from the chek in told us that we had to pick up the
boardbags , but i was not! But in the end we just made
it to the gate!
I am realy looking forward to see
the island ,hopefully we will have some nice conditions
and sweet spots, i will do some filming and
foto,s
Finaly arived afther like 20 ours of
traveling, on the aiport of charlottetown we cheked if
we could rent a car but it was so expensive , that we
didnt do it.
We just took a cab to the hotel and fast
we took some food and went to sleep.
Today we met
Kevin and Andy Yates who where here already a day
longer, and we cheked out the wind and we had nice
session on 11m , but afther 30min the wind droped and
didnt come back.
Tomorow there will be a possibility
that we get the tail of the huricane Hanna , is gone be
funnnn!!

 Just
before i left we showed to al the shops and importeurs
my new Youri zoon pro model board , and it was a great
suces!!
pkra germany;
already the 3th year is
the pkra in germany, 2 years ago i still won
here
unfortunatly i cant compete now.
the travel
is not to far from us is, like 7 ours by camper , but we
took like 10 we hit a trafic jam from 2 ours and afther
2 from 30 minute,s , was a disaster.
BUT we got there
finaly , the even was al ready there completed we just
tall Hi to everybody and did the registration, got my
key for the aprtment , nice.
My parents leave to
denmark just for get some
holiday.
Day 1 Pkra
gemany.
Afther a good sleep my alarm went at 9,
took nice breakfast , but i was raining like hell!! was
not the worst part i had to go by bike to the beach
about 2km. normaly is alright but with the rain , it
sucks.
At the time we arived at the beach we where
totaly soped!
11 o clock skippers meeting by olaf
van tol , but the wind was not to good so the waited and
waited and waited till like 3 o clock , when the start
with the trials.
Nearly al the dutch guys had to to
trials , the people who got in the main event: Johno
scholten-Bas koole- tijn van esch-(belg chrisope tack)
good job for the rookie,s.
and when we finished
the trials the rain stopped as well ,
whahahah.
afther we went to the swiming pool and
ahd some fun , now it,s time to have some good food
!
tomorow we have a skippersmeeting at 10
again.

Day 2 Pkra
germany:
Useles day ! ahahah The wind was not
realy strong today , the tryed to start of with a cource
race but in the end there was around 12 knots , so not
realy enough.
The whole day we where just chiling and
hanging around, also we have some less news , Johno
scholten , Brunotti and Slingshot,Mystic,Nobile
teamrider got a speaker of the sound system on his head
when he was eating, you know shit hapends in life. But
he got a smal cut in his head but he wile be alright
before the comp!!
today afther dinner when i was
driving we saw a couple of wind hoses in the dark clouds
, was nice to see but we had to hurry to get inside
before the rain.

again.

ola ,
We flew from tarifa spain straight to
feurteventuera for the next tour stop of the pkra. again
i ididnt compete , and this year i will not be competing
, i just want to make my knee full strenght and this
winter will train a lot!
The pkra feurte this
year was sick we had totaly diffrent conditions than
last year and the year before. we had sweet wave,s and i
did some surfing with kite,only i dont have any pics
from it.
angela did alright she got 5th place
quit happy with it , the conditions where strong so she
is happy  )

the moment we jost got in coralejo , in the north of
feurte angela has a camp for chikas only and i will do
some kiting and having fun!

 update
update update,
And what a update!i am back on
the water , sweet!
although it,s with a straplles
surfboard i amd getting back.
I am in tarifa now
, we have some nice levante wind donw here , strong
yesterday we had shomething like 60
knot,s.
Unfortunatly i could go because i have
strapless board and in 60 knots pff i think i doesnt
work heheh!
Today we had some nice and strind
winds in the morning like 40 knot,s still strong i went
out on my 7rev and surfboard , was full power but was
nice to get the feeling back of the strong
wind.
In the end of the day the wind droped a bit
and i did some pics ( thanks angelita) where some smal
wave.s so i was playing a bit.

Al morning i am
training in the gyms my knee to ge supper strong back in
september.
Here are some pics , the day was not
realy good but i got shomething, soon will folow more
ofcource mayby with some nice swell!
Also i
decided that in feurteventeura where i leave next week
to , i will not compete in the cource race, first my
intrest are not there and second i just want to chill my
knee and get stronger and stronger.

Here i am back again on the water , afther
a full week of pkra in tarifa whe are in portugal
portimao now for the kitemasters and the cource
race.
i will compete in the cource race , just
for fun and to make my knee stronger!

 Slingshot
event2008 la touget plage.
This weekend was the
2008 slingshotevent/party in la touget plage( or paris
plage)
We left friday from my hometown with the big
Slingshot bus, with 10 of the flakee locals
(disaster)
Enough beers on board some ipods food and
10 crazy fools, and you will have the most funnest 5 our
drive there is . hehehehe
We arived there around
11,30 and we drink shomething more and we setteld down,
CJ importeur of france just picked me up to bring me to
a hotel ( thanks a lot)
Next morning everything
starterd around 10 we did a smal competition but with 45
riders, thats alot!
Evening time, and we plugged
the music in and we bougt over 400 beers , so we where
in a party mood.
Than later that night we whent to
the club , but our first thought was that it was abit
gay hehehe.(sorry guys)
next morning we started
at 12 (hangover time heheheh) no was not that bad! so we
strated again a best trick contest was funny afther that
we drove home again , al guys back to work and i had to
pack my bags.
This morning i left at 7 from
rotterdam to fly to Malaga.I also brought my kite gear
ass well so mayby soon i will have some
pics.wheee.
Now i need wait 3,5 our on angela who
come back from cabarete.
also will be Tarifa ,

you al know i have been strugeling with my
knee.
march 20 1 week afther pkra mexico i had a knee
churgery.
now afther 2 months i wen back to the
doctor and chek again, and it was completly
perfect!
So in 1 month i will be back on the
water ,but with a straples surfboard!
i will do some
pkra,s but the racing events.
going to be fun i

i am realy happy again because now i can

 Last
week just got home from France, we had a Brunotti
fotoshoot for the new 2009 gear, and i can tell you it
looks sweet :o
i am home now already for 1 week
and i am chilling a bit and teaching my friends how to
learn kite.
Luckly i leave Friday again to
Tarifa(spain) to see my girlfriend(angela peral) again
and do Events al over spain and in France, going to be
fun.

Finaly
arrived in Tarifa again.Afther a week in France for the
pkra and mondual event, now it,s time to chill and

The travvel was
pritty long wahahha the flight was 1our and 20 minute,s
, was oke but before 2,5 our driving to Barcelona and
afther an other 2 ours driving to tarifa from
malaga.
Also we changed the ticket because , we didnt
want to stay any longer in France, so we drove to the
aiport we, got in changed the ticket and we slepe in the
camper next morning 5 o clock we had to be in the
airport. hahahh

 Hey
guys,
As you know im not competing but i
still went to france , for angelita and to see the pkra
ofcource.
The wind conditions where strong and there
was some nice action on the water, kevin was riding good
and finaly he won.
For the girls was strong wind
and they had problems with with, but overal was a good
event , and nice organisation.
Angelita did bad in
the singels was 7th but in the doubels she came back and
got 4th place.

Also i did some
promotion for sligshot, the guys invited me and ocfource

2 weeks ago my brother got a call from Kiboco that they
gona open a new shop in Bussum(close to Amsterdam)!They
asked me to open there new shop (Slingshot
PRO),
Hell Yeahhh!
So last saturday my
brother and i drove to the shop and was al ready bussy
with all kind of people, kiters, family and other
idiots
She shop became realy nice as well, they just
finesh on time
At 6 o'clock i had to open the
shop by cutting small flags that where conected to
eachother hahah verry funny!
Than in the end i
had a little present for Kiboco as well, a Brunotti
custom board the board where i won the PKRA
Germany!

this morning
i left again to mill, where the hospital is and i was a
bit nervous.
but afther 2 our,s of surgery
everything was alright.

the compettion whent pritty wel
for me , i was out for a long long time. so im happy for
that.
i had some nice heats and beat a lot of
good guys like alvaro onieva and cesar
portas.
and had a realy good heat against my
friend kevin langeree who was on fire.
in the end
i ended up in 4th place.
nromaly i would not be
happy with 4th place, but:
3 weeks ago i broke again
my ligament in tarifa , so this comeptiton i had a
pritty bad injury.
20 of march i need to have a
new oparation and i will be out again for 5
months.

 but
this made me even stronger cause this year i only
trained for 3 weeks in total the rest i ahd injury,s and
still i got 4th place whille al the other guys where
traing 3 months.
soo next year :banana:

anyway mexico is nice, chill and nice
water and beache,s.
the compettion was good and
had good condition,s. some wave,s a bit of flat water
almost everything

2 days here in SA and it,s nice.
the last two days we
had some nice wind en we took some foto,s at big
bay.
the first day we also made a downwinder from
sunset beach to melkbos was pritty far but was
nice.
today the wind is a bit light a

wasrealy tyred afther my birthday party .

capetown the guy from the car rental was waiting for us

today
the wind was not that good soo we just kited a bit in
front ow the windtown center,and had some

 Finally
after a good 17 ours of travel we finally arrived in
brazil (Angela and me).
We got picked up at the
airport, by one of the guys from windtown. and had to
drive another 40 minute’s to cumbuco.
After 40
minute’s we arrived in cumbuco at the windtown
resort.
I’ve seen the windtown resort a couple of
years ago when they where still building, and I was
truly amazed by it, everything is so nice, im almost on
the beach, nice pool, chill lounge, bar even Jacuzzi and
massage pool table and I can continue. It’s like
paradise.
We took a nice sleep and we woke up at
7,30.what is quit all right with the jetlag a
stuff.
And ofcource the wind was ON already perfect
for 9.
So I went out in front of windtown for like 1
hour. than rest and chilled a bit .
After we went to
the Laguna where everything is happening.
The
level from the riders I getting higher and higher! so I
got pretty pumped up and when for it and frontmobe pass
and mobe7 and stuff are going better and better after
4/5 months NO kiting.
Owya, now it’s BBQ
time

We where a bit tired for yesterday, long day of

Today we went again to
the Laguna and trained a lot again, im landing more and
more new tricks, so im making a lot of progress and
fast!
Tonight we will go to Fortaleza to eat
sushi (it’s one of the trips that Wind town is making,
every night there is a different theme for dinner) so we
will have too much sushi ha-ha.

my fysio told me if it goes like this i
will be able to kite in about 3 months ,BUT absolutly NO

i cabarete is made frotn mobe queit high
and landed to hard ,soo i blew out my knee.
i went to
tarifa and i tryed to kite but it didn.t work out soo i
stopped.
and i went too the doktor in holland and i
had mri scan,it told me that my knee was compleetly
fucked.
and i have to get chrugery.
wel 2
days ago ia had my chrugery and no im doing realy good
wel not realy good,but afther churgery im doing
good.
im starting to walk a bit again.

 PKRA
Tarifa day one:
Everyone is just back of Cabarete
or we se again on the beach of the windy Tarifa.
We
had the registration in the morning and the start in the
afternoon.
I was in the 4th heat but I had a bay
because there where 30 riders so he first 2 of the
ranking had a bay so Aaron and me.
I have to ride
tomorrow against my fellow teammate Nick Jacobsen out of
Denmark.
I still have big problems with my knees
(watch the pica) its really swollen and I can hardly
walk but I give it a try and start and see what’s going
to happen.

PKRA day
two:
The win turned in the night to levante, so I
mean strong wind.
I arrived on the beach and it was
already like 35 a 40 knots.
I pumped my 5 and
7.normaly I would go with 7 but now I have my knee
injury so I went with 5 not so powerd, it tried but it
absolutely Didn’t work out.
So I stop I didn’t kite
my heat. This is Pkra tarifa for me.
In the end
the wind picked up to 60 knot’s and we saw judge kite
loops from Ruben and Aaron made a kiteloop, not one not
a triple but 5 kiteloops, it was insane.
A lot of
sick things today and tomorrow the will
continue.

3:
Skippers meeting at 12 o clock.
Well I woke
up at 11.30 but I wont kite anyway, cause of my knee
injury.  So
we drove to el playa and we saw there was strong wind
again, I mean really strong wind. Probably were going to
wait till the end of the afternoon, cause they forcasted
the wind will drop a little bit.
At 3 o clock
they gave it a go, first heat was nick against Cesar and
nick won. Second was Kevin against Mallory and Mallory
won the Semi finales. Ruben and Aaron where going insane
with doubles and triples kite loops.
In the end

Holaa,
Today we
kite a litlle bit and chilled at the beach with Fam
langeree, always fun.
The wind was a little light for
11 but I had a perfect session just before it whas
getting dark, even landed a new trick, have to work a
little bit on it, but it will work.
For now, I go
eat and check out Cabarete and sleep good cause tomorrow
we have another day.

Heloow,
Today I
woke up and looked at the sky and it was pretty clear so
that means wind. And yes about 1 o clock the wind picked
up and was perfect even a little bit overpowered for 11
it was about 25 knots.
Than at 4 o clock we went
to la boca for a fotoshoot and filmshoot with aaron,
Kevin, alvaro and me. Was good fun and nice pics and
film stuff were shot.

Day 3
Wel
because I kited yesterday from 1 to 7 I was F#%#%ing
tyred today, but luckily the wind was not too strong and
picked up at the end of the day. I took my 13 and my
surfboard and just cruised a bit, played on the reef and
in the lillte shorebreak. It's good fun when your not
feeling to do hard
freestyle.

Cabarete 2007

years ago I was here for the first time in cabarete,
it’s always good fun and I have always a good time. This
year I am here a week before the comp to train a little
bit more. I stay @ the azuro hotel. My parents are here
as well so the have a nice holiday.
I arrived
yesterday in the evening after a 9 hours flight but it
was a really good flight I only had to pay 80 euros but
we had 3 board bags.
Now there is not that much
wind but it will come later in the afternoon and hope I
can kite a little bit, also I bought a nice tripod for
my camera so we will make a small movie. keep updated
here at my site...

Well
we just finished KBO what was a big success, Top! and
now we are already in italy. We left on thuesday just
after KBO at 5 o clock in the morning too brussel, the
KBO organisation arranged a taxi that took us to the
airport, nice! We traveled with Kevin, Ruben, Aaron,
lewis and me.
Cheking in was a bit of a problem,
well we just had to pay 70 euro what is still oke. We
had a good and short flight and we landed at 5 in the
evening, kevin and me rent a car and drove to marasal to
the event checked it out a bit and than we went to the
hotel.
just before KBO i was a bit sick(still am)
so i was hoping that i could do good in
comp...
Day 1:
wind in the moring early
skippersmeeting at 7;30 my first heat was againt tom
court. I wasn't riding that good but i passed. Then i
had to go against a brazilian guy and i won, next was
cesar portas and he is alwas riding good, so i was happy
i won! Than i was in semi final against ruubske(ruben
lenten) and i lost. In the loosers final i was up
against mike blomvall and i won so after the
singles:

So I went to Texas But I had to go
straight to Thailand for the Brunotti photo shoot for
the 2008 summer collection.
I landed 8.25 in the
morning at Amsterdam and Sander picked me up because we
had to fly from dusseldorf (germany), so Sander and
Meike where waiting for me outside the airport. We
loaded the gear in Sanders car and went to amersfoort to
the main office of brunotti.
We had lunch there with
everyone who was going on the shoot.

And than we went to Thailand bankok, of
course we had to pay a lot for the overweight.
We had
a perfect flight I slept all flight like good 9 hoursss,
from bangkok we flew to krabi.
Next morning we
started the photo shoot, we made longs days from 7 in
morning till 12 clock in evening. The boardshorts of the
new collection are really cool!
We rented a longtail
boat and went for an island, was really cool, took a lot
good shots. next day we did the same, the day after we
went to Ko Phi Phi and we went for some snorkeling, and
see a lot of good fishhh, Jinne even shot couple of good
ones.
We also took some pics under water (and of the
girls in bikini. Niiiiize!).
And the last day we
traveled form Phi Phi to bangkok and now I am in the
plane to go back home again.

 Hoowdie,
Three
days in texas and unfortunaly there is noo wind But we found
something to kill time, skateboards. We bought them to
have some fun. All cool.
Anyway the event is
pretty sweet, a lot of people are visitting. We're just

Tomorrow I will fly home to go straight
to thailand, for a Brunotti shoot. After that...

Well it
all started with Rocky and Lex. Rocky told me that the
spot is really good! Sooo I said
maybe I will stop by some time.
Than Lex my buddy
told me he was going there alone and said; hey mayby you
wanna come too? I said hell yeah, but than Lex broke his
neck  (what sucks
big time, but he will recover just fine) and now i have
to go alone...
I booked my ticket amsterdam/
atlanta/ corpus christsi and I had a really good flight
only had to pay 20 euros for my boardbag overload, so
that was good. Finally after 20 hours of travelling I
got to tex/corpus christi! My room is insaaaaane its big
and my bed is like a 2 person kingsize bed  awesome.
The people are cool as well, everybody was
interested on the airport as well. Curious what I was
about to do. I met 2 really nice Dutch people and one
guy from corpus was cool. In the hotel I went for diner
and had my diner with Shamn, Jessie and dad Richman what
was cool because I hadn't seen them for like 6
months.
This morning i met up with Madi and Gerri
again and immediately we had soo much funn. More soon

Second PKRA is already there and i am here
at austria. The event here is always really big and good
fun.
Directly the first day we had wind ranging
from 15 till 20 knots. Soo they started the comp and
Kevin, Johno, Jalou and me where the duchies competing.
I had
a couple of good heats and I made it to the semi finals.
I had to go against World Champ Aaron and i lost... too
bad.
Then I had to go against Rocky Chatwell who was
ripping, luckly I won.

Building
boards? Not a problem for me! Why? I went for two days
too one of the best shapers of the world Jinne sietsema
from Brunotti boards.
Jinne asked me to come over
and watch how he makes the boards, soo i did and it was
really cool.
The first day we did a couple of steps
and the second day we did the next steps and it is
really nice to see how he makes a board.
After the
first day Caron cooked a realy nice meal with chicken,
thank you.
After that I was sleeping on the coutch and there where
to little cats and they were walking over me an making a
lot of noise. Was really funny.
Wilson Taveras
was also there, for 3 days in holland. It was cool that
I could see him after such a long time. He is starting
his own adventure company, soon more in this site. The
name will be 'willy's adventure'.

weekend was the NK kite 2006 weekend in Scheveningen. I
had to defend my title but it didn't work
out...
The third heat i was against a very good
friend of mine: Stefan v\d berg aka roberto. In this
heat i did the double handelpass and landed it

final I had to go against Kevin Langeree again like last
year. But this year kevin was to strong for me and i
lost, so i am second. Hope next year to be on top
again!

 I'm
off to brazil 
No cumbuco this time @ Brasil but Joa Passoa! A
spot about 3,5 hours drive to the south from Natal.
That's where they will keep the last pkra
stop.
We have been here now for 4 days and we
have had 3 days of wind. The wind is a bit shitty and
not very strong, only around 15 knots, just enough for
your 12. But a lot of people say that the wind can be
really good here so we will wait and see.
Today
was the registration and tomorrow the first day of
compettion.
First day of
competition:
Not much wind but oke, they started,
cause the rest of the week was even worse! First heat I
was up against damien leroy and had an oke heat, so I
past. Then against Etienne Lothe, had a really good heat
and through again. Then i was up
against Rui Meira... only Rui was riding really good....
and i lost... but i won the loosers final so i was 3rd
after a single elimination.
Next day we did the
doubles en i had to wait all day, as I was way up the
ladder. Finally it was Cesar Portas again only Cesar was
ripping and riding very strong, I lost... The wind was
so crappy i
was riding a 17 feul of 2005 hahaha. But i am 4th now
and 3rd in the overall in the 2006 ranking So i am really
happy and now they're gone do the
boardercross...

Just back from canada ,stayed one night @
home an flew again, to the 8th tour stop of the year
Tarifa(Spain).
first day they did the trials so i
didn't have to go out,but I went out and got a little
bit used to the conditions.
The wind is between 25
and 45 knots,so realy gusty and hard, they said the wind
would drop down a little bit.
second
day:
The first heat was up against a
spanish SS rider perera,I passed. But I didn't do any
good cause before I riped a kite and broke my lines, so
not a good start. Next, I was up against alex pastor and
now I had a realy good heat and past again. Then I was
up to petr tuskevich and luckly I won an had to go
against Kevin and it was a realy though heat but I won
and was in the final against Aaron hadlow but I rode bad
heat and Aaron won so no I am ranked second afther the
single.

Kevin Langeree and @ airport Amsterdam we met Randy
Hereman, he had exactly the same flight as us, so we
travelled all toghter.
Yesterday night we slept
in a hotel in Montreal and this morning we left the
airport of Montreal to fly to the island Ille De
Madeleine. So far it has been a long flight but it was a
really nice flight. We had no problems and we even got
pizza in the airplane heheheh.
The island is
really cool, with a lot of different sceneries. It looks
exactly the same as you see in books and films so thats
very cool. Finally after 30 hours of travelling we
arrived @ our hotel.
Our flight
schedule:
Amsterdam>Toronto>Montreal>qubec>2
more stops and finally Ille De
Madeleine.
Tomorow is the first competition
day. Registration @ 9.00 and the forecast looks really
good so we will see.
After the registration the
wind picked up but not enough So we waited till
12 o clock and there the wind was finally. There where
only 18 competitors so I skipped the first round, so did
a lot of other riders.

My first heat was in
the second round against Shawn Richmann and luckily I
passed even though the wind was only 15 knots sometimes
even less. Then I was up against Mike Blomevall and I
had a perfect heat landed nearly
everything and he chrashed a lot.
The next heat i was
against Aaron hadlow pretty tuff, I had a good heat
landed a lot of tricks but Aaron was on fire and won. I
was in the loosers final against Alvaro Onieva. After a
couple of minutes they cancelled the heat because there
was not enough wind . So the first heat tomorrow will be
mine.

Today we had no wind
at all so we chilled a lot .heheh
Today it again
looks not too good, but we will wait. Probably in the
afthernoon the wind will pick up a little bit. And well
it did not so we went home @ 4 o clock allready.
Tomorrow the skippersmeeting will be @ 9 and the wind
will be strong they say 25 til 30 knots so yeah
cool.
soo the last day we had wind a lot of wind
i rode 12 ,10,8 so the wind was picking up al
day.
afther de double,s i had to go again against
mikeblomvall and i won again zo is was 3th than i had to
go against kevin but is was tired en kevin was riding
realy good.

Yesterday i went to
Brunotti to see the new sumer collection, they had
organised a surprice party for me, it was so cool and i
was totally overwelmed i couldn't say anything so thanks
to brunotti.
They gave me a really cool telephone
It is too
cool and has a lot of new stuff like a 3 megapixel
camera and video mp3 so cool!!!

back from feurte, I did the Red Bull Kitepunks and
straight on to Germany for the 6th tour stop of the
PKRA. We are here now and we are chilling cause there is
no wind but I'll keep you up to date as far as I
can.
...
So we had one day of wind and
directly 35 till 40 knots So the kites where
sized from 5 till 8 meters and every body was flying
high again! We started the singles and I did pretty
good. Every time I had good heat and landed some good
stuff, like doubbble kiteloops, some back- and
frontmobes and some other stuff.

the end of the day I was in the final against Petr from
Russia and this moring he told me I would win the
singels.... So right he was So now I am ranked
first after the singles!!!

Still not much wind yesterday. Still we
did the boardercross. There was not to much wind, i rode
my 14 and i was underpowerd  But i took 8th place
in the boardercros, Kevin was ripping in the
boardercross, so he landed first. Well done
kevs.
And after that the wind did not really
return, so my place... 1st !!!!

 Well
finally I arrived @ Feurte... But everything went wrong
my boardbag
got lost and lex's as well. All hotels were booked, but
in the end afther a lot of talking and smiling, we had a
hotelroom. Our boardbags arrived this morning, sow now
we can kite. Just not yesterday. Tomorrow the
competition will start and I hope I can do well, we will
see. The wind here is f#cking strong! Everybody is
riding 8 or smaller. I rode my 8 and did a lot of sick
kiteloops. So it was a good day

day one.
It is crazy here the wind is howling
from 20 till 40 knot's it is insane! Everybody is riding
7 and smaller. In the beginning of the day I rode my 8
and got some airtime After that I got my
5 and did some double kiteloops. I past one heat over
christian holley and tomorrow i'll be up against mallory
from spain.
Al the duchtie's have past their
heat, except lexie sorry for him. But he will get
another chance.
Competition day 2.
Wind
wind wind and more wind!
The wind was even stronger
then yesterday. I think today the wind was around 35
till 40 knots
So pritty heavy but oke. I beat mallory and then
Alvaro Onieva and i went on to go against Kevin
Langeree. He was just to strong for me, so i lost. In
the losers final I rode agianst ptr Tuskevich from
russia and i won. So i become 3rd and now I am verry
happy hahaha (i)

 Today
we went on with the doubles and i had to go against
alvaro onieva. I had a good heat but i crashed my kite
and ripped it apart... But luckily Ruben and lex had
another kite for me so i could finnish the heat. And i
won luckly!!! Than i had to go against kevin again...
had a pritty good heat and won!!! I was so f#cking happy
i could just not believe it Then i had to
go against Aaron Hadlow and my heat was perfect, I
landed every trick i did so i won and had to go against
aaron Hadlow again... This heat was a bit less but the
jugdes said it was enough and i won the event!!! i am so
facking happy now. (i)

we went to vrouwepolder because the wind
was NO and there it is better luckaly the water was
coming up so the little pool,s where coming as
well.

evening they asked me for a downwinder from Laboka to
Enqeuntro. Ofcourse I said yes cause it's really good
fun and after that we ate Sushi It was realy
nice, Ybo and Chantal from hookedsport arranged

day's back I was still in Portugal, now I am in Cabarete
for the next pkra.
There is no
wind however and the predictions look very bad too There are a lot
of clouds sow there will be no wind for the next couple
of day's 
Our
apartment is on the other side of the road. We are gonna
change it, so we are closer to the beach. For now it is
just waiting for wind...
Finally we got some
wind yesterday. We rode with 12 and 10 so it was good.
We went to kitebach and had some good fun. Kevin and I
were pushing each other to do the mobe 7. kevin landed
one and I landed almost a couple maybe today
today it
is also registration an tomorow it is the start of the
event pkra 2006 in cabarete
the trials for me
where very bad i had some bad heat,s but i pass in the
main even i went a little n\bit better and made it to
the 3 round and beat out ethiene lothe i was very happy
and than alex soto beat me out with a lot of mobe 7 and
shit
today is the double sow i hope i can be even
better than the 9th place

 That's
it, the pkra is over and it was a really great success
with good conditions. The level of riding was really
high, a lot of guys where doing mobe 7's and
stuff.
Kevin was really ripping and had a well
deserved 1ste place! Well done! I end up 7th I am really happy
with that. Sow now I'm a little bit relaxing and
chilling in the DR and next pkra stop will be
Feurteventuera

 hello,
I'm off to portugal for the next pkra and now I
am here for almost 5 days. 2 days had really good winds
for 8-10 and 12m2 sizes. Sow it is not too
bad only the conditions are realy hard to ride in...
looot's of chop. It is real good fun with al the
dutchie's :banana:
Here is my short review of
the pkra Portugal.
Competiton day one:
in
my first heat I was against Janek Korychi sow I had to
do a lot of sick move's cause he is pritty good and
luckely I was advancing. @ the and of the heat I pulled
a realy high kiteloop slim and landed it. After that, I was
up aigainst Rui Meira and I lost my heat, unless it went
realy good and I thought by my self i was advanching.
The jury thought differently sow no i"ll be
waiting for the double's tomorrow.

 In
the meanwhile, Dutchie Kevin was ripping and made it to
the 2de place.
Other Dutchie competing, Bas went out in the first
round.
The ladie's:
Jalou had a bey sow she
went through, Katja was riding good and past too. In the
next heat their competitors where both to strong and the
went out.
competition day two:
Second day
again showed real good conditions and we started the
doubles. Sow I had a second chance to progress. First I
was up against Petr from Russia and I won Then I was up against
Rondina and I won again. Then against Cesar Portas, I
lost but everyone said I had won. But I checked the
judgesheets and he won with a couple of grabs more...
Sow I became 9th! It is good but not good
enough...
Day three:
We went further with the
doubles and finished it.
After that we went,
togetter with all the Duchies, to the sport cafe and see
Holland playing. They won sow we
built a little party
day four:
We did a
best trick contest and I past one heat with a mobe 7
that I almost landed. In the final I was last of the 6
men. Sow i was 6 in the Best Trick, not bad in the
end.
at al i was not a real bad pkra for me i
went 9th but i can do better i hope
now i hope i
can do better in domnican reb

for a couple of day,s

Last
year was the first Kiteboard Open and it was a great
succes and
this year is the KBO here again only now it is a 2 day
event! With great name,s like Ruben Lenten, Kevin
Langeree, Randy Hereman, Ethiene Lothe, Kristin Boese,
Christian Holley and a lot of other good
guy,s.
First day:
Noo wind, so just chilling.
A lot of big kiteboarding Brands are here Mystic,
Brunotti, Slingshot, f-one, rrd, Naish, Best, North,
Cabrinha, etcetera. Sow plenty of stuff to see and also
to do. F-one brought the handelpass trampoline. FUN! And
if you not did like that there was the big part tent
were you could get some drinks and food and a haircut @
the end of the day the famous party went off and is was
tha shit for sure after the party at the beach we went
to the flying pig where we chilt al
little.

 Day
two:
That morning it was a mess in the carpark,
sleeping in every car, there were guys half roling out
and every one was like oow shit my head man ... when
every one was a little awake, we went to the beach and
the competition started. My firts heat was pretty good
and my other heats not good but good enough to pass on
to the next heat, and before I knew it I was in the
final against Kevin Langeree! But kevin was ripping and
I lost but losing from Kevin is not a shame so the

couple of weeks ago I got an email from Christiaan
Brouwer if I want to come to england for the weekend,
actually the whole Slinshot team will b there.
Soow
we went to Bournemouth and had a nice time! The first
day we had biggg wave's and very strong
winds. The second day we had a lot of rain but afther a
couple of discussions we went on the water and every
body had some fun. I even landed a dubble s-bend flat 3
sow it wasn't that bad. Only the left driving is
horrible hehehe. But it was fun!

Ben ik weer. We hebben net de pkra Brazil
achter de rug en het was top! Ik had een aantal
moeilijke heats maar ik ben in de double toch nog een
beetje omhoog geklomen. Tot dat ik Aaron Hadlow tegen
kwam en ja die gast ript... Da's een gegeven en ik
verwachte dan ook niet dat ik van hem zou winnen en dat
was ook zo.
Bas, onze geluks vogel zullen we maar
zeggen, had twee heats waar zijn tegenstander zijn kite
in het water gooit en zo wordt Bas 9de. Randy einidght
ook 9de.
Job en Sander en Cees balen hard want ze
hebben goed gevaren maar kwamen niet in het main event.
Vet balen!
Over Ruben en Kevin kan ik weinig zeggen
die gasten zijn niet wijs! Wat een uberbeulen zijn dat
zeg  respect!
Katja deed het goed bij de dames en behaalde een
prachtige 4de plaats
Dan onze reserve nederlander
eigelijk een Belg Bjorn Vianne heeft ook heel netje's
gevaren en eidigde goed op een 17de plaats.

is weer een pkra stop geweest in Canada. Deze locatie
was er wel voor de eerste keer en ik kon er niet bij
zijn omdat het te ""%""& duur was. Maar kevin ,katja
en ruben waren er wel bij en deden het goed heel goed.
Ruben lande na een spannende wedstrijd tussen hadlow en
hem zelf op de eerste plek. en kevin kwam op
een nette 7de plek en katja deed het goed bij de dames
en werd netje's 5fde.

jow gaste misschien een beetje laat maar goed.
even
een kort verslag van de pkra.
De eerste dag hebben we
goed gevaren, goede wind gehad en de trials af kunnen
maken. Daarna... staat er nul wind en kan er niet meer
gevaren worden dus iedereen is een beetje aan het rond
crossen met scooters enzo. We zitten s'avonds beetje te
chillen en eten met de langeree's en katja.
Als het
weer gaat waaien moet ik tegen leo esterdeo en roy tegen
alvaro onieva en we hoopen dat dan nog verder kan
komen.
wat kan je doen als er geen wind
is:
scooters/quads slopen
met ruben en aaron in
een jeep mee rijden die ze aftrapen
wakeboarden
elkaar slopen of iriteren.
leuk nee
we hebben
tot half 7 svonds gewacht op de laaste dag maar er kwam
niks geen wind.
iedereen heeft punten gehad en de
helf van het prijzen geld is verdeeld onder de
riders.
ik sta nu 19 in de ranking.

yo je weet toch de PKRA rockt en ik ga naar Cabarete,
want wat in Oostenrijk niet lukte, gaat nu natuurlijk
wel gebeuren... toch Mijn draai ligt
klaar in het hotel, die was ik ff kwijt, maar die haal
ik daar op en dan ga ik hard beulen dat evenement door
MUHAAHAHAHAHAHAA
dag1:
wij
zijn hier gister avond laat aangekomen en zag er goed
uit.
s.octends eef wat rondgevraagt of er wind kwam
daarna hebben we gewindsurft hahahahahahah eef de boel
verkent.daarna begon het te waaien goed voor een 7 en me
move,s vlogen eruit.kiteloop handelpaas ging als een
trein en ook nog een kiteloop slim geland en een
kiteloop handelpaas met grab.
dag 2:
weinig
wind en zag er ook slecht uit smidags was inschijrven
voor de pkra en dat zijn we maar gaan doen daarna kon ik
net hoogte houden met 11.savonds zitten we elkekeer lkk
gezelig in een ander tentje te
eten.
dag3:
pkra start
kortom:
geen
wind
ons eigen dood veveelt
erg warm en proberen
die locals te bleseeren voor al ruben deed
dat.
dag4:
weer geen wind allen der kwamen wat
donkere wolken aan.en er kwam even wind allen ze hebben
gerpobeerd te starten allen dat had geen zin.en toen
hebben randy ,roy en ik eren beetje bij ons op de hotel
kamer slap lopen oewehoeren.
dag 5:
eindelijk
de weer berichten lijken goed te zijn de we gingen
starte met de pkra en het was zwaar dat weet ik heel
zekker.
mij eerste heat verloor ik en klom daarna
weer terug en hoorde dat randy en sander zich eigen
geplaats hadden voor het main event.toen moest ik en roy
nog mijn heat wasoverpowerd met 11 maar toch een aantal
sick genoege move,s er uit weten te gooien en ook in het
main event belandt.helaas haalde roy het niet om dat de
wind net iets te weinig was.
en nu gaan we lkkr eten
en wachten op morgen.
dag6:
vandaag start van
het main event.
eerste heat van mij zeer weinig wind
tegen blomval maar uit eindelijk toch door daar na moest
ik tegen greg thijse wara randy van verloor dus ik moest
hem kick ass geven van randy en dat is gelukig gebeurd
en moest daarna tegen ruben en ik was echt zo stoked en
ruben had een kut heat waardoor ik van ruben won echt te
sick.
daarna moest ik tegen ethiene lothe die gast is
te goed en daar verloor ik ook van.en daarna in de
looser final ook nog van meira.
ik sta nu 4 maar
morgen komt de double eleminatie en dan kan ik nog op
klimmen of afzakken maar ik kan niet veder fazaken tot
een 5 de plaats die is duz gewoon binnen.

er best trick en ik, moet al weer naar huis

ik sta 4 en de double wordt vandaag veder af
gemaakt.
ruben tegen kevin en de winaar moetegen de
winaar van cesar tegen holley ,kevin wint van ruben en
kevind moet tegen holley ,kevin wint en moets toen tegen
mij.
ik had ene redelijk goede heat en kevin niet en
het zat echt heel dicht op elkaar en uiteindelijk won ik
en moest toen weer tegen meira war ik al 2 keer van
veloren had en nu was het de 3 keer geworden en ik
eindigede op een vierde plek.
en dan nu ene
lange vlieg reis naar huis toen en me eigen voorbereiden
op de griekenland pkra

TE grof!het was gewoon thiiieeeeeeeeep!!!!
wij gingen
met een boot naar vlieland daar aangekomen zag er het al
super chill uit kwa wind.
volgende dag vroegop en
naar het strand rijden daar hebben we heel het kamp
opgeslagen en knallen alle heats af mij eerste heat was
tegen ruubs en frank het was super spanend en uit
eindelijk gingen ruub en ik door.
volgende heat moest
ik tegen randy, randy lande weinig en ik had de heat van
me leven,die randy beult wel hard man@!!!!!!.
in de
halve finalen moest ik tegen ruubs allen die super beul
was veel te sterk en hij ging door naar de finale tegen
kevin.uiteindelijk was het toch ruben die had
gewonnen.en bij de dames was het de jongste die het
hardste beulde jalou.

wij zitte hier met het hele nl kamp te
wachten op wind nog niks gehad 1 dagje in de
middag gevaren en was zeer vlagerig maar was wel
oke.

maakte het ook eindelijk in het main event.

de dames gingen kiteja en jalou als een tierelier jalou
beult susi de even uit als of het niks is.

Ik heb nu
ook mijn eigen site en daarbij gaat daarom.com mij
helpen.. dikke top duzz .
Ik
probeer zo veel mogelijk nieuws en foto's van de grove
dagen er op te knallen en natuurlijk als ik een trip of
wedstrijd heb ga ik daar een verslagje van
schrijven.
Ik hoop dat jullie mijn site een
beetje vaak bezoeken en leuk vinden. Als jullie
